We introduce: a revolutionary way to train skaters' basic skating skills and physical development with a professional team approach in a group setting. Our current approach to developing skaters is obsolete in today's competitive environment. (check out our seminar page for details)
The Ice Revolution: is an Innovative, Creative and Evolutionary approach to encourage, inspire, and motivate skaters to dedicate themselves to achieving objectives in a group environment. It utilizes a revolutionary team approach to training competitive skaters, known as the "100 Minute Workout," designed to improve basic skating skills from beginner to elite skaters.
The Mission: of The Ice Revolution Figure Skating Seminar is to revitalize figure skating in America by changing the way skaters are trained in America, as well as to change the way skating programs are managed and directed.
The Ice Revolution’s goal: is to increase participation, interest and enthusiasm, and popularity of the sport of figure skating, which matches or exceeds levels of participation and interest in other individual sports like gymnastics, swimming, tennis, and martial arts.
The Results: of The Ice Revolution’s approach will be reduced expenses to parents, greater revenues for coaches, clubs, ice rink owners or municipalities, greater participation and enthusiasm by skaters, better trained skaters with significantly improved basic skating skills, greater cooperation among coaches, a more cooperative skating club atmosphere, an increase in club membership and club membership longevity, as well as a more successful and satisfied skating community.
Skating has changed, judging has changed, rules have changed, but coaches' approach to training skaters and clubs' approach to managing skating programs have not changed.
